2 months agoWe had an amazing dinner tonight! My family visited this restaurant under new management, and everything was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the sopa de res was very authentic. My daughter enjoyed her pupusas, and my husband loved the ceviche. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely come back to try different plates.

8 months agoThey need to get their servers to work on their costumer service skills. Whatever they have going on in their lives shouldn’t be taken out on the clients with terrible customer service. They also need to work on getting the food to the customers faster. Came in with friends today and they had us waiting for a long time.

3 years agoDo not come here if you are looking to have a nice meal with your family. Music was so loud I had to practically scream to the person across from me. The waitresses mainly focused on the guys at the bar. We had to try and wave the waitress down several times and STILL didn’t get their attention. We had to get up and find them to get our order taken. The waitress took my order wrong and blamed it on me, once I pointed out that I ordered it just like on the menu she tells me the menu is printed wrong and I should’ve told her from the beginning what I wanted… I couldn’t order something else as I didn’t want to continue waiting after we had been sitting there for more than an hour. The waitresses took their sweet time, didn’t check up on us, no refills were offered throughout the meal. Even then they still applied gratuity on our bill after the horrible customer service they had given us. Would NOT recommend this place.

4 years agoThe food was good. The waitress was always checking on us if we needed anything which We loved. The prices are decent. The DJ sucked. He kept repeating the music. My friend and I requested a song at different times. He completely ignored the requests. I would go again for the food and service but not for DJ night.

Edited a year agoWhen Yesterday to have dinner with family and I ordered picante seafood, but I asked the waitress no to put picante and she said that the picante came on a side, when food arrived it was all mixed up. I asked the waitress why she lied to me. I couldn't eat anything with picante, and she just ignored me and didn't do anything to resolve the problem, so I didn't eat at all.

6 years agoGreat place for have a couple beers, tequila, food, music, careoke, nice atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. Nice decorations and lights And you can dance!!!

7 years agoThis place is awesome! The live music was great. The singer was so great! She came and talked with us even though no one at my table didn't speak Spanish. She still came by to sing to us and was just so sweet! The food is very tasty, drinks were good too. Definately recommended for some really great food with a good atmosphere!
